Assistant Service Manager

We are looking for a service manager to manage our service department and handle customer service interactions, quotes, and repairs. The service manager’s responsibilities include providing the highest level of customer service, developing lasting customer relationships, and managing the service team members.

Electrical and Generator Dispatcher/Scheduler

We are looking for an experienced Dispatcher for our Generator Department. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of Generators, be responsible for answering incoming calls and capture service information, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, and provide accurate information. Candidate should have a background in fast paced environments including experience with multi-line phones, and computer proficiency. Individuals must be able to work in a self-motivated manner.
